Harriet the Spy

Harriet the Spy   3 and a half out of 5 stars        I  loved the book Harriet the Spy. A young girl named Harriet believes she is destined to be a famous author. She practices by spying on people secretly, daily and recording her finding. This all works out until her classmates find her spy journal and read what it says about them. I enjoyed the flow of this story.

Wonder

Wonder   5 out of 5 stars     I really enjoyed this book. Wonder is about a boy named August (Auggie) Pullman. August has a "cranofacial anomaly," making him look very different then everyone else. Despite his 27 surgeries since he was born, he still does not look normal. You would think his sister, Via's life would be easy considering she missed the gene that messed up her brother's face but in reality it is not. This book really makes you think about that. I love the way it switches perspectives so you can understand everyone's different views. It is a tr uly heartwarming book.

Welcome

Welcome to Rhino Reader's blog! You can tell how much I like reading by the fact that I named my dog Harry Potter.😘😍😻🐶 He is an adorable wizard/Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. I love to read juvenile fiction and young adult fiction.  I am currently reading the Lord of the Rings . My third grade teacher instilled the love of writing in me and it has stayed with me ever since.
